International items are shipped by standard air mail, tracked airmail or tracked and signed for airmail. Select your preferred shipping method when you order. STANDARD SHIPPING DOES NOT COME WITH TRACKING INFORMATION. Once despatched, orders sent via airmail should take approximately 4-6 business days to reach European countries and 5-10 business days to reach most other countries but could take longer. If you have waited over 20 business days (Europe) or 25 business days (rest of world) for your order, it may be lost so please contact me and I will arrange a replacement or refund. Orders over £100GBP can be upgraded for free to tracked airmail or tracked and signed for airmail - but please remember to ask.

Orders sent within the UK can be sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class or Royal Mail 1st Class. Select your preferred delivery method when you order. Orders sent with 2nd Class are expected to take 3 days to arrive once dispatched, and orders sent by 1st Class are expected to take 1-2 days to arrive once dispatched. Tracking, Next Day or Signed services may also be available for the UK on some occasions. Ask for more details.

Please remember that all items in my shop are handmade, so there will inevitably be some variation between them. Quartz and other gemstones naturally vary - no piece will be the same as another and this is part of the beauty of the items. Don't expect to receive EXACTLY the item in the photo.
