Upon ordering, the owner let me know that she would get my candles shipped on or before Wednesday, and they arrived on Tuesday. She included a handwritten note with my order, and threw in a complimentary wax melt. I will most certainly be ordering again!

My Inspiration to Create, Sell, and Donate!
I created this company to pursue both of my loves. Create and sell the candles, donate to the animals! 🕯😸
I started making candles because I love them and all of the warm feelings and memories that come with them, but was unable to find a brand that kept me coming back for more. I would smell a candle in a store or at a craft show, fall in love, and immediately purchase it, but once I burned it, the scent that I fell in love with would be virtually non-existent. It was pure disappointment. After hundreds of unsatisfying burns, I decided that I would just have to make the candles myself. I set out to create a line of scents that wouldn't leave even the pickiest of candle lovers disappointed. Test after test, I searched for the "purrfect" combination to deliver an excellent cold throw with an equally excellent hot throw. Through the daunting task of trial and error, I developed a recipe that even I would keep coming back for.
What started out as a hobby, and opportunity for me to create and burn candles that I felt were worth the money spent, quickly flourished into a business endeavor. I gave my candles and melts to friends and family and they fell in love. They urged me to start selling, so I went for it. Do what you love and love what you do, right? So I thought, why not give it a try! With the help and support of my husband and family, I began going through the steps to turn my hobby into a business. I started thinking of ways that I could generate income, but also give back in the process. Then it clicked. I set out with a goal to donate a portion of the profits made from each sale to select animal shelters; Mending Hearts Animal Rescue being my first priority.

Frequently asked questions
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Current production/processing time is 1-3 business days - NOT INCLUDING HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS.
Once your order ships, typical transit time is 2-5 days. Etsy will email you with your tracking number. We ship using USPS, so packages could be delayed during busier times of the year, such as Christmas.
If you select an upgraded shipping method, it does not change our production/processing time. This only makes USPS ship faster once they have your order.

RETURN POLICY
If you'd like to return your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items can be refunded if they are unused and safely returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. REFUNDS FOR RETURNED ITEMS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE ITEM IS IN OUR POSSESSION. Custom and/or personalized labels cannot be returned but can be replaced if damaged in transit. Used items cannot be returned/refunded.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the items and the original shipping fee if the items were not originally damaged/defective.
Scents and their strengths are personal and subjective and we ask that you keep that in mind when ordering, thank you!
CANDLE BURNING INSTRUCTIONS
*During the first burn, allow your candle to melt to the edges of the jar to ensure an even burn all the way to the bottom. Failure to do so can result in tunneling, poor scent throw, and/or poor burn times.
*Please keep your wick trimmed to about 1/8" - 1/4" before each relighting.
*DO NOT burn for longer than 3 to 4 hours at a time.
*Keep all objects and debris, including matches and wick trimmings, out of the candle.
*Burn candle within sight - Never leave a burning candle unattended - Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire - Keep away from drafts - Keep out of reach of children and pets.
*Discontinue use when 1/2" of wax remains, as glass may shatter. Do not touch glass while candle is hot.
WAX MELTING INSTRUCTIONS
*Remove wax from packaging before use.
*Use only tea-light or UL listed electric warmers approved for wax melts. Read and follow all instructions provided with your warmer before use.
*Do NOT leave melter unattended while in use.
*Keep out of reach of children and pets.
*Do NOT add water.
*Do NOT melt on stove top.
*Use only in well ventilated areas away from flammable material.
*Discontinue use if dish contains less than 1/2" of wax.
*Store in a cool place.
MY CANDLE WON'T STAY LIT... HELP!
Occasionally there will be a defect in the wood wick that won't allow the wick to stay lit. This happens very rarely and there is no way for us to tell until the candle is actually being burned. If this happens to you, please contact us and we will make it right.
