Welcome to my Quillow Shop! Here you'll find some truly unique, one-of-a-kind QUILLOW creations! I hope you'll enjoy browsing my shop and consider adding one of my quillows to your home or as a gift to someone else. It's my goal to have a quillow in every household!! :) Once you are a quillow owner, you'll be hooked! Some of my best customers are folks who have purchased quillows in the past and are looking for replacements because they simply love quillows! I hope you become a quillow-lover, too!
I require immediate payment in either of these ways:
~ credit card
~ check or money order (items ordered will be held until check clears the bank)
Several of my items are ready to ship. Should you order a custom item, I will do my best to have it constructed and ready to ship within 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on fabric availability.
PLEASE NOTE ~ The shipping price quoted in the quillow listings are for USPS Priority Mail and for shipping to the WEST coast. Cost will be less if you are anywhere else in the US east of Idaho and Nevada and closer to the east coast. I WILL REFUND you for shipping overage paid if it calculates to be less than quoted due to your location.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - International orders will ship via USPS First Class International Mail. Insurance is strongly recommended as I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages once I have released these packages to the USPS. Please contact me BEFORE purchasing if you wish to add the cost of insurance to your invoice. I receive a tracking number that will be available to you, but USPS doesn't seem to always follow thru with complete information about package location and final destination arrival when it comes to international shipping.
I have no way of knowing how long it will take your package to be delivered. Shipping times vary for different countries and once the order is shipped it may arrive within 9 days up to 2 months. Also, I can no longer modify the customs declaration to mark as "gift" or to change the value of the contents. This information is now automatically filled in by Etsy and will appear as exactly what the order stated concerning contents and value, etc...
Refunds and Exchanges
I offer a complete refund (except shipping) for any items you are unsatisfied with. Refund policy is void if product is in any way damaged or not in same condition it was when it was shipped. Refunds available for only 7 days after receipt of product.

If you are placing an order for multiple items, you have the option of requesting a custom listing set up which will include exact shipping of the items to your address, and not just a guestimate.
