This option provides free standard tracked shipping - at no extra cost - via letter mail when purchasing only stickers/single flat small items. It can only be tracked through Etsy and is considered “Etsy " ONLY tracking as it’s bought and tracked within the Etsy app.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your purchase to arrive when opting to use this free option - While many will arrive long before that 7-10 day deadline, The free letter mail also tends to read “in transit “ for the entire time it is traveling.

If you would like to add an upgraded version of tracking that can be tracked via USPS instead of Etsy, you can do so by upgrading your shipping option at checkout to a USPS first Class with usps tracking.

Yes! And we refund Excessive shipping overages as well. It is very common to see a high shipping price when purchasing multiple small items.

This seems to be very common as the box size I would be using is not always calculated correctly through Etsy, Or it could charge you for multiple labels when only one is needed.

When that happens and the shipping price is much higher than the actual price paid when the label is printed, I will partially refund the shipping back to you via Etsy.

All orders that were placed for stickers ONLY, that have utilized the “free shipping” option without a paid USPS upgrade are shipped through Etsy letter mail shipping labels via Pitney Bowes tracking.

This means that your purchase is tracked within the Etsy/Pitney bowed system NOT through USPS as packages are normally tracked.

These also have a tendency to say “pre-transit” for quite some time before being updated; some even the while time they are traveling. This means if you received the notice that your order has shipped but it is still reading pre-transit for a few days don’t freak out! (This method is The equivalent of putting a stamp on a letter and sticking it in the mailbox) - it can take up to 7 to 10 business days to arrive.
