Refunds and exchanges are done on a case-by-case basis. Refunds do not include shipping in most cases. Please contact the seller for further information.

Payment must be made within 48 hours of the purchase, or your order will be canceled. If you for some reason can NOT pay within that time, please wait to purchase your item until you can. In many cases I'm willing to reserve it for you until that time.

Please note that you are responsible for providing an accurate and complete address. Refunds won't be given for packages delivered to the address you supplied until/unless the package is returned to me.
♦United States Shipping♦:
Is done with First Class for small items, and Priority for larger ones, both with delivery confirmation. This should take 1-5 days, and the listing will specify which shipping method is used. If you would like a different shipping method, insurance (recommended), or gift wrapping, please contact me before purchase for a quote.

♦International Shipping♦ (Includes Canada):
Is done with First Class (time varies) or Priority (6-10 days) mail. The listing will specify which shipping method will be used. If you would like shipping insurance (recommended), a different shipping method, or gift wrapping, please let me know for a quote before purchasing.
Customs charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and all laws will be followed in regards to customs forms. Please be aware that some countries prohibit imports of specific items, often including jewelry and clothing. Please be aware of your country's laws before ordering. Orders that violate import laws will be canceled.

♦CUSTOM ORDERS♦- Are gladly accepted. Half the estimated cost must be paid in advance, with the balance paid upon completion. An estimate will be provided, but please understand that changing material costs and circumstances may affect the final price. The availability of specific materials (especially when products are partially or entirely recycled) may also vary.

♦WHOLESALE AND BULK DISCOUNT♦-
Please contact me for a time and cost estimate for wholesale and bulk orders. These orders require a 50% deposit before work begins, and payment in full before shipment.
Many but not all of the items in this shop are available at a wholesale price.

Please understand that when working with recycled resources some materials are not always available, although something similar may be. Pictures will be provided if materials need to be substituted.
