Hi everyone,

All printed orders are sent within 1-3 business days of your order, and are sent from my home in Australia via Australia Post.

Domestic orders (within Australia) as usually received within a week of posting, but with the new Australia Post guidelines I can't guarantee anything. You are welcome to upgrade to priority shipping ( an extra 50 cents) if you would like a (3) day shipping time. These are Australia Post time-frames and may differ from reality :o< Please make sure your local MP knows how unhappy you are with the postal service - it is an election year!

Overseas orders are sent Airmail via Australia post. Most orders reach the sorting centre at their destination country within (3) days. After this the mail needs to be sorted and sent on to your home town. This can take anything up to two weeks, and unfortunately sometimes more, depending on weather conditions and the time of the year. Extended delays are unusual and most orders reach their destination within 10 days.

Please keep in mind that severe weather events and seasonal celebrations do delay the mail. These events, and delays due to mail carriers, are beyond the control of Red Boot Quilts.

We are always happy to replace a pattern that has gone missing in the post. Please send a conversation via your Etsy page, linking to your order/receipt, and we will do the best we can to sort out any problems you may have.

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to message us. Please keep in mind time-differences between countries, public holidays, and weekends when waiting for your reply.

PDF patterns are non-refundable due to the nature of the electronic medium.

Returns on physical items will be accepted within 7 (seven) days.

For any possible return enquiries, I would appreciate contact via Conversations as soon as possible to discuss any problems you have with the item before returning.

Please returns goods in the same condition in which they were sent.

The buyer is responsible for return postage.
