Welcome and thank you for reading our policy page before ordering - we appreciate that and appreciate you as a customer. I resisted putting up a list of policies, finding so many rules to be a tad rude to my lovely customers. But a few interesting experiences have made this page of info quite needful, C'est la vie.

So please don't take offense at our policies and know that we are willing to work with you to make your Etsy experience fabulous and get you top quality adornments that express your unique style.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Refunds will be made only if items are not as described in the site's descriptions. Please keep in mind that colors vary from computer to computer, we cannot be responsible for this. Please carefully read descriptions and look at all pictures. Our reason for this policy is simple - once we have shipped an item out we have no guarantee that it has not been worn...and it would be a safety issue to accept back items like this. So if you have any questions about an item as before adding to your cart - we are very happy to get you more info and answer any questions you might have.
We accept Paypal payments through the shopping cart here on Etsy, if this is a problem please convo us and we will see how we can help you. We wait for e-checks to clear before shipping - please keep in mind that if you are using these and not credit or balance from Paypal it takes 4-9 days to clear these checks, delaying your package.
We try to ship all items out with in 2 biz days - usually in 1 day - just because we know how excited you are to wear your new treasures.

Please contact us with any questions or if there is a problem with your purchase - we want to resolve any issues and would like the chance to do so before feedback is left. When we know there is a problem, we can do our very best to fix it for you.

All orders within the US will be shipped priority mail with delivery confirmation. Once the item is scanned as delivered it is delivered.

Orders outside the US can be shipped with insurance to allow you the peace of mind of receiving your jewelry in a timely and safe manner - please request a quote on this. Unless requested we do not ship insured and will not be responsible for packages lost in the mail as we have no way to track them. We keep record of customs numbers and shipping times as verification of shipment. We highly recommend insured shipping.

For declaration amount on international packages: We declare the exact amount of the invoice and include it with the package. We will not mark an item gift when it is not. This is the honest way to do business. So please keep this in mind when you are ordering from us and tack on tax cost when you look at the price of our items - we think you will still be pleasantly surprised at how reasonable you can receive our items.
