The Ritzy Rose is a small team of three designers and we are proud to create every item in our shop in our Columbus, Ohio studio. We've been creating unique, personalized items for brides since 2010. Three years later, we outgrew our home studio and moved into a larger retail space. In 2016, we are building a new studio and warehouse space to keep up with the ever-growing business.

As seen on Style Me Pretty, ABC News, People Magazine, Rock 'N' Roll Bride, Us Weekly and dozens more. Designer and owner Jen Diehl has worked hard to earn not only a celebrity clientele, but a bevy of brides across the globe. After creating a custom jewelry bouquet for Miranda Lambert's wedding to Blake Shelton in 2011, she received national coverage in magazines and the news. Miranda's bouquet graced the pages and covers of US Weekly, People Country Edition, and was featured on E! News and Access Hollywood, and countless international blogs.

At some of the top design schools around the world (including Cornell University and London College of Fashion), she studied textile and apparel design, focusing on bridal and vintage fashions. Combine that with over ten years of industry experience, and you get an artist who can take your vision and make it come to life.

Jen has also been featured for her other design work in Vogue, In Style, Cosmo, Elle, Lucky, Country Living, Marie Claire, Oprah Magazine, etc. She travels to Europe to see what's next in apparel, accessory and interior trends. For a decade, she spent her time designing for medium to large companies, such as Limited Brands, Abercrombie & Fitch and Tracy Reese. These positions required that she remain up to date on the most current design trends, and she passes that knowledge along to you.

Handcrafted bridal jewelry and accessories. All pieces are handmade by a small team of three designers in central Ohio and shipped worldwide.

In the past six years, The Ritzy Rose has grown into a full wedding accessory brand and secured a serious place on the wedding map, gracing the pages of hundreds of magazines, news channels and blogs. We've been proud to be featured in Etsy's coveted Quit Your Day Job series after leaving the corporate world behind in 2012. Jewelry and accessories are created by the small design team in their studio just outside Columbus, Ohio. The team consists of husband and wife owners Jen & Jason Diehl, and their Assistant Lindsay.

Jen's husband Jason is the business side of the operation. He does all in-house photography, accounting, web design and soldering work. He also alternates between keeping Jen sane and driving her nuts.

The newest member of the team is Lindsay. Lindsay assists with production of all wedding signs, and handles shipping. She is detail oriented and keeps the designers in line.

    Jen's background is in high end fashion, but she has ten years of industry experience designing everything from couture wedding gowns to accessories and giftsets. Originally from New York, Jen studied at Cornell and in Europe.

    Jason has a varied background, and originally just supported his wife Jen in The Ritzy Rose. Now, he plays a lead role with not only all business-related tasks, but he heads up the men's design department, creating cool items for the guys.

Please Note:
If payment is not received within three (3) days, and we haven't heard from you, we will contact you and then cancel the transaction. We want to make our goods available to serious buyers only.

Canceling:
If after three (3) days no payment is received The Ritzy Rose will cancel the transaction. If you purchase and change your mind please contact immediately. As long as the item has not been shipped we will be happy to cancel the transaction.
Shipping
For international shipping, please provide your phone number in the 'notes' section when you checkout. This will help your package arrive more smoothly. Thanks!

For custom-made items like bouquets, please refer to our conversations for shipping time. Handmade items can take several weeks or months, but we can work with your timeline if you need it sooner.

For pennant flags, we ship ready made flags within 2-3 business days. For custom pennant flags, they are created within 2-3 weeks. Please see the individual listing for lead time.

Rush orders for flags are possible, please be sure to contact us so we know your deadline.

For all other, ready-made items, we ship several times per week, so you should have your item before you know it.

Packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS first class. If a quicker delivery window is needed or insurance is desired please contact us. We will send you a revised invoice for changes to shipping method.

International Shipping is done First Class as well. Please inquire for insurance or a quicker delivery. We will send you a revised invoice for changes to shipping.

We will assume your PayPal address is the address to ship to unless otherwise notified.

~ Shipping Outside the USA ~

Any duty or customs fees you may incur are your responsibility. The Ritzy Rose does not pay import fees to your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied we want to know. Returns are accepted for items within seven (7) days of arrival.

If a piece is damaged upon arrival please let us know. In addition if a piece is in a different condition than conveyed through the listing, contact us. In these situations a full refund may be possible.

Shipping back is at the expense of the buyer and should be returned in the same condition and in original packaging.

If for some reason you would like to return a custom design, please contact us right away to make arrangements. We will discuss full or partial refunds depending on the circumstances. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on custom brooch bouquets that use the client's pieces. For other custom designs, depending upon the circumstances, we will refund your money minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

Above all if there is an issue just contact us. We want to make it right.

How quickly can I get my wedding sign(s)?

We fill most orders with 1 business day. US shipping generally takes 1-3 business days. If you are concerned about receiving your order in time, please mention your wedding date or deadline in the "notes to seller" box during checkout. For international orders, please leave at least 4 weeks to receive your order.

How long does it take to create a brooch bouquet?

We prefer to have at least a few weeks to discuss details and create the perfect bouquet for you, but send us a message if you are getting married sooner than that so we can let you know our availability. If your wedding is still a few months out, it's never too early to begin working on the bouquet. The sooner the better, that way we'll have time to hunt for just the right brooches!
