All items for sale on this site are handcrafted from new and repurposed materials or from my garden, and created with Love. They have all been designed to bring joy, simple pleasure, and peace to the receiver through natural and organic ingredients and recycled components.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds will only be made if it can be determined the item arrived in a damaged condition or did not arrive at all. Seller will not take responsibility for items the buyer decides after purchase he or she changed their mind on or no longer want, or any damages that have been made by the buyer through incorrect care. Request for refunds must be made within 5 business days of receipt, and the buyer will be responsible for shipping the return item back to seller.

Payment
Payment on items purchased by local buyers must still be done through PayPal. No alternative methods of payment will be offered, although a free shipping coupon code will be provided if arrangement for local pick up has been made.
Shipping
Shipping is a set fee, regardless of location for seller convenience, and no difference in estimated and actual shipping will be refunded, as estimated shipping materials have been included in the shipping cost. Items will be shipped within 5 business days of payment receipt via United States Postal Service first class metered mail unless otherwise stated in listing or item is a custom order. No priority shipping is offered and tracking may not be available. Please allow 10 business days for receipt of your item after your payment has been made. At that time, please contact me to notify if your item has still not been received and I will take the necessary steps to track the item. If the item is found to have been lost in transit and irretrievable, I will do what is necessary to replace the item with something the seller agrees to of similar value or refund the money paid through PayPal. No insurance or international orders are offered at this time.

Custom orders will require an additional 5 business days for shipping to allow for adequate labor time. Refunds on custom orders will not be allowed unless it is determined that the buyer instructions for the order were not followed satisfactorily.
