Refunds and Exchanges
I happily accept custom orders for all of my items and always want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the special circumstances that come with a custom order, I do not accept cash refunds. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom order, I will gladly exchange your order for another item for equal or lesser value. All custom order returns must be new, unused, undamaged, and in the case of fabric material, unwashed. They must also be returned in a timely manner--( withing 7 days of requesting a return). All return shipping cost are paid for by the customer. Please make sure if you have any questions that you contact me immediatley.
Due to the nature of this type of purchase, I will only refund half of the purchase price to you if the need arises that you would need a refund. I will ONLY give a refund if the buyer can present sufficient evidence that one is required. Due to some of the things that have to be paid for in advance for me to begin the customizing process, only half the money will be returned. ( I can not get back money spent on things like, domain name, hosting,etc.....) In the event that you require a refund, I would ask at that time that you email back to me all the information for log in,etc....so that I might begin the process of shutting the website down.
