Digital files >>> 72 hours or less
You will receive a digital proof during this time period for approval prior to printing. Delayed responses from proofs will result in a delay in the turn around time.
Digital RUSH files >>> 36 hours or less
Message Responses >>> Please allow at least 24 hours for a response to any message inquiring about a design.
Sizing details
All designs displayed in my shop are stated in the listing description. YOU MUST REQUEST A DIFFERENT SIZE *PRIOR* TO ORDERING. Once I have sent a proof and if you request a different size, there will be a $5 fee to adjust sizing. (I cannot simply just re-size, a whole new template will have to be created which takes additional time. Thank you so much for understanding.)
