BASIC INFO: If you have questions, you can contact me before completing your order. Once order is submitted you will have a proof within 48 hours to approve. You then have 24 hours to let me know of modifications that need to be completed. If file is very complex, there may be an upcharge fee, from the basic fee.

TURN AROUND TIME: Any physical item that are order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Digital Files are 2-3 days, you may rush a file or order for $5 extra. Rush is 1-3 days.

SENDING FILES: All files need to be emailed to TheRusticDixie [!at] gmail.com, Please do not send them to me via contact shop owner.

REFUNDS: I do not offer refunds as everything is made specifically for you, and all proofs are approved before file is sent.
