Shipping

Large items are sent freight with one of the many carriers available and with curbside delivery. This means that the item is brought to your address, signed for and left. The delivery guys are not authorized to unpack or bring the item into your home. If you'd like it brought in, please ask for a quote on White Glove Delivery.

In the event an item gets returned to us as undeliverable, shipping will be charged both ways and the cost of the items will not be refunded (due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our work). In that event, we would be happy to ship it again, but buyer will incur additional shipping costs.

International Orders

For international buyers, any and all customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer as well as paying them on time. If a buyer fails to pay duties and fees to release the item into the country by their due date and item is returned to us, buyer will not be refunded for the returned item. If buyer wants the item resent, buyer will pay the cost to ship the item back to us plus the cost to reship it back to them.
