1 out of 5 starsVERY disappointed in this clock. For $147.00 I expected better quality! Edges not stained, is NOT reclaimed barn wood as promised. Wood is fresh and only front is stained to look old. Hands on clock are not the same as picture. Burned wood numbers are not good. This place is a huge rip off for the price and can not get money back only in store credit. Beware!

I’m sorry to hear you are disappointed in the clock. I would like to clarify that the wood is reclaimed and this particular clock is natural unstained barn wood. The edges are lighter because it is cut to the dimensions. The numbers are painted (which is stated in the listing description)-not burned. Everything in my shop is handmade when you order and I offer customization with almost every item, which is why I do not accept returns as a general policy. I take pride in my work and want my customs to be happy with their purchase. If there is an issue with the quality or craftsmanship of the product I do accept returns/exchanges.

3 out of 5 starsNot impressed at all with the customer service of this shop! I waited for 2 weeks after ordering and not hearing anything from the shop to inquire if I was ever going to receive my clock. When they did construct the clock, they mistakenly made it in another size. When I received the clock, the hands were not in proportion to the rest of the clock. They were much too small. I had seen other reviews with a similar complaint, yet the clocks continue to be made this way. I asked if I might be given more proportionate hands, and was given no response until I wrote back again to complain. I still have not received the new hands and probably never will....I am sorry that I even ordered this clock....

4 out of 5 starsI love the clock, it's just as pictured and looks great in my family room. But, it did take longer to receive and I didn't get quick response from the seller when I asked questions. Customer Service is lacking.
