Hello. Thanks for checking out my shop. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have so please don't hesitate to contact me at any time. Customer satisfaction is my top priority.

Payment

Thank you for checking out my shop. Please contact me with any questions you may have. Payments are best made through Credit card or PayPal.

I do accept checks but please understand that this will slow down the delivery date as the check must clear before I can send the item to you. Please mail check ASAP and I 'll email you when it has been received.

With any cancellation of sales due to non-payment I will email you before I cancel in case there are any extenuating circumstances (a rare PayPal glitch, a check lost in the mail).

New York State residents will have an 8.125% sales taxes added to your total when you check out.

Shipping

I will ship your order within 2 business days after receiving payment. All packages are sent USPS priority mail. If there are any unusual delays (I'm out of town for a while, I'm ill) I will always let you know.

All items are carefully packaged and shipped in like-new used boxes. Each package will include an invoice. I will send you an email confirming that your package has been sent.

If your Etsy and PayPal address do not match I will mail to your Etsy invoice address, unless otherwise noted.

Gift notes can be included at your request - just contact me and please add recipient's address. No invoice will be mailed in packages with gift cards but will be mailed to you, the buyer, unless otherwise requested.

International Customers: Please let me know if you'd like an item shipped outside of the U.S. or Canada and I will figure out the shipping cost, let you know what they are and list the cost with the listing for the item. Packages are sent First Class International USPS. Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to their countries. Please refer to your local customs agency for additional information. Refunds cannot be issued on any returns made due to non-payment of these costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Damaged on Arrival - We hope this never happens but if your piece arrives damaged please take a photograph of it and email it to me. I will let you know if I need you to return the broken piece in its original packaging in order to collect the insurance. Damaged work will be fully refunded along with any return shipping that may be incurred.

Returns - Please remember that each piece is handmade and unique and that you will be sent only the item that is shown in the listing. All return shipping fees/postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in the original packaging in resalable condition within 14 days of delivery date so that the item may be listed again.

Exchanges - As most pieces are unique it is not always possible for me to make an exchange of the same item. It is possible to exchange for a similar item of equal value, just let me know what you are thinking. As with returns all shipping fees/postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging in resalable condition within 14 days of delivery.
