TRACKING
We DO NOT offer tracking as part of our service. If you want to request a tracking number, we will be happy to invoice you $2.00 extra on your order. It takes lots of time processing orders and hauling them to the post office and having them individually scanned in. The tracking is an extra step our post master has to take and more time for us! So, if this is something you absolutely NEED, please convo us PRIOR to placing an order!!!

Needing your item(s) rushed? No problem! Simply send a convo message and we will send you a rush shipping invoice for $5 extra to insure you receive your items exactly when you need them!!

Due to having a commercial worksite. We do not currently work out of our home. We do, however, check our etsy often. But the actual orders are not processed until the next working business day. Our hours are listed below:

Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm CST
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
Holidays: Closed
We do work later evening hours and weekends preparing orders that have been placed and working on new products/designs and posting on etsy.

Welcome! We hope you take some time and check out our shop. We offer a wide variety of monogrammed gifts to best fit every occasion! It is our priority to put our customers first. We aim to please everyone. We take great pride in our work! So, with that being said, grab a cup of coffee, look around, and enjoy! Have a blessed day!

Accepted payment methods

Payment
We are currently accepting Etsy Direct Checkout, Credit Cards AND Paypal. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. So please be VERY careful when providing us with your monogram information!

Once an order is placed, we will mail it to THE ADDRESS on your invoice. So please make sure that is correct at the time of purchase. We spend lots of time weeding through emails and convos every day, and some address changes may get skipped over. So PLEASE make sure all info is CORRECT the first time!
Shipping
We ship via USPS. Priority Mail. Generally, once your item ships, it takes 2-3 business days to receive. Once your item is sent to the post office, the shipping time is out of our hands unless you want to rush your shipping. Rush shipping prices vary according to your item(s) purchased. If you would like to rush your shipping/order time please convo us PRIOR to making your purchase.

IF YOUR ITEM IS *LOST* IN THE MAIL
We cannot control the postal system! We mark shipped when your items ship! If you wan to insure/track your item(s) PLEASE convo us PRIOR to placing an order. We will be happy to add $2 plus insure price onto your invoice.

If you item gets *LOST* in the mail, there is absolutely nothing we can do, so you will have to place another order with us, for once it goes to the post office, it's out of our hands. We are not responsible for those items.

DAMAGED PACKAGING
If you receive your item and it is damaged, please convo us with a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving it to receive a replacement. After 48 hours, we are not responsible for damages and do not guarantee replacement after this time period.

WARRANTY
We do not warranty our products for more than 48 hours once you receive it. When we ship our products, they leave our workshop in excellent condition. Unless damage is done during the shipping process, we ARE NOT liable for damages done to the product after it is purchased.

We DO NOT send tracking numbers. We will mark shipped when your item has shipped. Please do not email us via email asking about your item. If you have questions, please contact us via etsy conversation.

We DO NOT insure packages unless requested. If you want to insure your package, please send a convo PRIOR to purchasing your item(s).

Refunds and Exchanges
If by chance you receive your item and it is misspelled *by our mistake* we will issue a REFUND. We will only issue the refund or exchange WHEN we receive the package back in our workshop. We will then refund the original sale price of the item, not the shipping of the item.

We work very hard to make sure you have the best quality products. We always check our items to make sure there is no misspellings, damages, stains, etc etc on any items that leave our workshop. We would NEVER send a gift for you to give that was messed up...

If this EVER happens *which it doesn't* we will handle the situation accordingly.

Additional policies and FAQs
HOLIDAY SHIPPING!
We are working around the clock to insure you have your package BEFORE Christmas. All orders placed AFTER December 15, will be shipped the week after Christmas! Our turn around time may be delayed a couple of days, simply because we are VERY VERY busy!!! We appreciate your patience, as we tackle this holiday season!

We work very hard every single day and try to stay ahead of the game to keep our orders caught up. If, by chance, something happens and we are behind, you will receive a convo stating the status of your order....and when you can expect it.

Our most recent turn around time is 7-10 WORKING business Days. Your order will be processed within this time and then shipped, allow 2-3 days for shipping AFTER your order has been processed.

Saturday-Sunday **time is spent with our families**

We would love to offer our items at wholesale, but at this time we currently do not offer that. We are, however, working on wholesale pricing on some of our select items and will post that information at a later time.
