Customer satisfaction is the most important aspect of any TSP order. If you have any concerns or issues with your order please contact me so we can discuss a solution. All sales are final, so no refunds will be offered. If there are concerns, they need to be brought to my attention within 5 business days of receipt of the order. There are cases where an exchange of items will be made. In these cases all items must be returned in their original condition. I will not accept worn, damaged or washed items back. Due to the nature of some items, they will not be eligible for exchange or returns. These items include swim wear, hair accessories and highly customized outfits. Highly customized consists of items made to fit specific measurements (meaning not standard sizing), items with personalized embroideries or vinyl - IE - name, monogram, etc, as well as custom vinyl sayings, meaning I create a design for you based upon your request.

Please take care when opening packages as to not cut or rip the item. The Sassy Pumpkin is not responsible for damages to the items once they have shipped.

The Sassy Pumpkin can not be held responsible for items lost in the mail. All domestic orders will have tracking #'s, as well as expected delivery dates. I do not have control over when items actually arrive. Typically, the US post office will not track an item until 7 days after it has been shipped and proof of its arrival has not been verified. If proof can be shown that the item was delivered, refunds will not be given. If it is a concern of yours that items could potentially be stolen or misplaced, I encourage you to purchase "signature confirmation" This will add an additional $1.00 to the current domestic shipping rates.

Paypal only. Payment in full is required prior to producing any items. All items are made to order, we do not keep stock at this time.

Current turn around time is between 14 - 21 days, not including shipping. All items will be shipped USPS First Class, $5.00 for 1 item and $2.00 for each additional item. Shipping overages will only be disbursed if shipping charges exceed shipping plus shipping materials - ie, label, packaging, etc. Please message me if you are purchasing from Canada or Internationally to discuss shipping arrangements and fees.

If insurance is desired, it will be the buyer's responsibility to incur this charge. Please let me know when purchasing an item if you desire insurance. I will set up a custom listing for you, which will include this charge.

If an order is needed for a specific date, please message me to discuss. I will make every effort to accommodate specific date requests, but orders need to be placed within the turn around time guidelines or rush fees will be incurred. If a date is not discussed and documented in an etsy convo, or on order notes when the order is placed it will be delivered within the 14 - 21 day turn around time.

If you need an item rushed, please contact me prior to purchasing. The availability of rush orders will depend upon my current workload. There will be a $15.00 charge for any rush orders. There is a listing available for rush orders, that will need to be purchased, that rush charge will include USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping upgrade.

Please be sure that the current physical address to where you would prefer your package shipped to, is current and up to date in paypal. The Sassy Pumpkin is not responsible for packaged shipped incorrectly due to incorrect information in paypal.

Please use care when opening packages. I try to make the most out of your shipping charges and at times bags will be extremely full. Please take care when opening with scissors to not cut your merchandise. The Sassy Pumpkin will not be responsible for these damages.
