4 out of 5 starsThis came as a PDF. Really no shipping involved just downloading. Almost wish we could have received instructions in the mail. We are in the older population that didn’t have computers in school so downloading was a bit of a hassle for us. My husband hasn’t made this item yet so can’t give it 5 star rating yet. If we have any problems and need customer support from this company and it is excellent, hope we can change that rating to 5 star after making this item. Did appreciate the cross pattern and plan to use it for future Christmas gifts.

5 out of 5 starsInitial delivery was quick since it was a download. Where this seller excels is in after the sell support. Seller improved the initial blueprint and even though I was satisfied with the product, they offered to send new, improved blueprint at no charge! THAT is called customer service!
