Returns and exchange details
TSC understands that sometimes the products you order do not meet your personal expectations. Our goal at The Scrap Castle is for our customers to be 100% satisfied.

Any unopened, unused items in their original condition can be returned to TSC for a refund. The actual refund amount will not exceed the original order amount less any shipping charges incurred by The Scrap Castle. You are responsible for any and all shipping charges back to The Scrap Castle.
Please follow these steps:
1. Package all items to be returned in the same box and with adequate packing materials to ensure items will arrive safely and undamaged.
2. Include a copy of your original order receipt.
3. Include a letter explaining why you are returning the items.
