1 out of 5 starsI ordered this item in November as a holiday present. Said shipping would only take a few weeks. Over 8 weeks later I still didn’t have the item or even a response from the seller (after writing them for a refund). Terrible customer service. I’ve open a case with Etsy.

Can I change a design?
It all depends. At times we are able to accommodate changes. At other times, we simply do not have time, unfortunately. If your change is for a bulk order, please let us know what changes you were thinking, what product, how many you would need, and when you would need them by.
