Hello! Welcome to The Serene Swede Baby + Kid. We specialize in creating unique accessories for the little ones in your life. Each item is created using our own handcrafted sewing patterns so you can be sure that our items are truly unique.

Returns and exchanges
The Serene Swede would love for you to have a fantastic experience shopping with us so if there is a problem with your product, I will be happy to give you a refund of your full purchase price (minus shipping costs) as long as the refund is initiated within 15 days of the original purchase.
Custom orders (ex. sizing changes, custom fabric, design change, ect...) will not be eligible for returns/refunds.
***I must receive the item (in original condition) before refund will be given. Refund will be issued immediately upon receipt of item/s. I recommend you purchase insurance on your item to guarantee it's delivery and have a tracking number if there are any questions!
*BUYER ASSUMES ALL SHIPPING COST FOR RETURN!

YOU CAN PAY BY PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT!. You are not required to have a account or sign up for one when using a credit card through Paypal. If you need any help with this there is a tutorial on Paypal

Shipping
All orders ship USPS First Class within 3-5 business days. Please make sure that the shipping address is updated and correct prior to purchasing. If you need it shipped to a different address, please convo me and let me know!
