Welcome to The Sew Shack! We specialize in custom indoor / outdoor cushions, pillows, and curtains. Why have regular cushions from a big box store that do not fit just right, when you can have a custom cushion or pillow that is exactly what you want! Whether it is a custom mudroom cushion, custom chaise lounge cover, patio throw pillow - or anything in between - we'll give you a final product that you won't find anywhere else. If you need guidance on what thickness of foam to use or color matching your custom cushions to other elements of your space, We will help you every step to give you exactly what you’re looking for.

CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME
-Approximately 4-6 weeks based on fabric availability. This is our busy time of the year! Please know if the shipping date needs to extend due to material shortage, we will update the date to the appropriate production time.

-Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise! If you need your order in-hand by a specific date, please let us know before purchasing and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

-Finished cushion and pillow dimensions will be within 3/8 inch of the dimensions specified by the customer.








SHIPPING POLICIES

-Cushion delivery times are typically within 3-5 business days, after the order has been completed. We Ship UPS Ground.
-Fabric samples are shipped First Class USPS standard mail (5-10 business days).
-Limit 10 sunbrella samples per order 20 annually per client.
-With the exception of fabric samples, we cannot ship to a PO box. Please provide a physical mailing address.
-Shipping costs apply to lower 48 US states only. If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us with your ZIP code for a custom shipping quote.

Order Cancellation
To change or cancel your order: Message us right away during normal business hours . The time window before your order ships is very small, but we’ll do our best to make any adjustments.
Fabric orders are considered cut merchandise and not all fabric brands accept returns

Please note: Our credit card processor charges a refund fee of 3% on all cancelled orders. Cancelled orders that have not shipped yet will be refunded in full minus the 3% fee and materials ordered specific for that project.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
-Please be sure to read all the details in the listing description before making your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for details that were overlooked.
-Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on custom items.
-No returns accepted without a prior return authorization. All authorized returns without fault of ours will be subject to a 25% restocking charge, plus freight both ways.
-Original shipping cost will be deducted from your order prior to the refund. To receive the exact cost of the shipment please contact customer service.
-Product returns will not be accepted after 15 days of receipt.
-Merchandise must be returned in "sellable" condition in order to receive credit, which means unopened and undamaged.
-You as the customer are responsible for all shipping fees on returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete ship to address.


Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify shipping address(es) before placing your order(s). If incorrect shipping information is submitted, you will be responsible for any fees associated with redirecting your deliveries and/or lost merchandise.

Damage in Shipping
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us if the item has been damaged. Please report the damage within 48 hours to our email at accounting [!at] thesewshackllc.com during normal customer service hours. We will need photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the box the damaged item was shipped in. Please email us images no larger than 300KB each. 4 × 6 photos. We must have the images in order to notify the shipping company and file the necessary damage claims. After claim is presented to the shipping company, we will arrange to have damaged items and their packaging inspected, returned and replaced.


Inaccurate Orders
-We make every effort to check all orders for accuracy and proper quantities, but we understand that sometimes mistakes are made. Inaccurate orders must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. Only uncut fabric and unopened merchandise will qualify for an exchange or replacement.

Backorders And Discontinued Products
Typically every item we sell is stocked.
-Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory levels internally and from all our supply partners, occasionally we may run out of certain products, or not be notified in a timely manner from our supply partners.
In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of:
1)canceling the out-of-stock items
2)holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available
3)receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock
items when they are available

Ordering:

Due to COVID-19 guidelines, lead times are approximate.
Lead time is based upon dimensions less than 80 inches and orders of up to 6 cushions.
The longer cushions or orders with more than 6 cushions will take at least an additional week and the larger volume orders will be addressed individually based on the volume.
Sunbrella Rain cushion lead time will take up to 2 weeks longer than standard cushions.
All our cushions and pillows come with white or black zippers and thread. We match the zipper and thread color and base the decision on your fabric color and style.

On COM and templated orders, lead times do not start until we receive them.
Lead time can be affected if the fabric is on backorder.
