You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from our shop. Credit Card purchases are accepted and will be securely processed through PayPal or Etsy Direct Checkout. We also accept PayPal payments and echecks. If paying with an echeck, your order will be shipped after the echeck has cleared, which can delay shipping for a few days. If you prefer another method please contact us.
**Please note all Utah residents will be charged 6.35% sales tax. This will be added to your Paypal invoice.

Orders placed with Etsy direct checkout will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that your address is correct to ensure timely delivery. If you want me to ship to another address please let me know.If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address we cannot be responsible for cost of postage to reship your item.
If you need a combination of anything that you see just let me know and I will set up a reserved listing for you. As a shop Policy we will not hold anything longer than 3 days. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
Shipping is through the US Postal Service
Sometimes it's hard to get the shipping combined correctly. I will refund any excess shipping fees of $1.00 or more. We do not profit on shipping overage charges.

LOST / STOLEN / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, we cannot be held responsible once the fabric is shipped. All Domestic US & International packages are automatically insured for a value of up to $100. Additional insurance is available for a small additional fee and must be purchased before your package ships. Please convo us for specific information and/or an insurance upgrade listing (often a $1.50-$3 upcharge). In the rare but unfortunate event your package is lost, we are only able to refund up to the amount of available insurance.
In the very rare and unfortunate event your package is lost, please keep us informed so we may be of help and expedite a refund. After 30 days we are able to file an insurance claim. After the insurance claim is filed it takes up to 10 days to receive a refund. We will work with you to quickly complete this entire process so you receive your refund as quickly as possible. Again, lost packages are very rare!
I will ship international orders 2-3 times per week, due to the fact that I have to make a trip to the post office. For international orders I will not mark gift on the package because it is illegal for me to do so. Unfortunately it is not possible to track packages once they leave the US and delivery confirmation is not available. So I cannot be responsible for packages once shipped internationally.
If you want to be able to track your order please request Express Mail International Shipping you will be charged extra for that service.
The international shipping cost includes insurance on your package. Tracking is not available for Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelopes or Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Boxes. We usually ship with Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelopes to save you money on shipping charges.
I cannot track packages once they leave the USA, unless you've purchased Express Mail shipping. Sometimes it just takes a little bit longer for them to arrive, due to customs. I can give you the tracking numbers, but it is impossible to track them through the US postal system once they leave the country.
Delivery Confirmation is not available for international packages when shipped first class mail or in a priority flat rate envelope. Please note that this is the trade off for inexpensive shipping. We are not responsible for any fees incurred through customs. All duty/taxes that are added by your country are completely separate from your order, and are 100% the responsibility of the customer. Please know your country's duty/tax charges PRIOR to purchase.
We are required to mark "merchandise" and the actual amount paid for your merchandise on all custom forms. Please do not ask us to alter this information to lower your custom fees. We are happy to ship your order in multiple packages to lower the purchase amount of each package, but we can not mark as a gift because it is illegal to do so.
WHY DID YOU CONTACT ME SAYING YOU ARE SHORT ON FABRIC OR OUT OF STOCK WHEN I WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE IT FROM YOUR SHOP?
We do our best to keep our listings as accurate as possible, sometimes due to manufacturer shortages or inventory error we have less fabric than we thought. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but please know that this is a very rare occurrence.
Delivery confirmation is included with all Domestic purchases. Please convo us or add a "note to seller" during checkout if you would like to add insurance and/or signature confirmation for an additional fee.

Refunds and Exchanges
I do not cancel orders once they have been cut.

If a fabric arrives and it does not meet your expectations I will accept it as a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase - in the original uncut, unwashed condition, as you received it. The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
