Ho cucito da sempre! Penso che sia solo nel mio sangue!
Da bambina, guardavo mia madre rimodellare vecchi vestiti in nuovi abiti per me con la sua fidata macchina da cucire o coccolarsi con mia nonna un sabato mattina mentre lei dannatamente diradava i calzini.
Una delle mie cose preferite da fare era in un angolo soleggiato della stanza di cucito delle mie nonne e setacciare i bottoni. Quei bottoni erano come "caramelle per gli occhi" per me e non solo perché erano nascosti in una vecchia scatola di biscotti! C'erano così tanti colori, trame, forme e dimensioni, ognuno più intrigante dell'altro.
Da questi ricordi ed esperienze di vita è nata la mia passione per la creatività.

I have stitched since forever! I think it is just in my blood!
As a child, I would watch my mother refashion old clothes into new outfits for me with her trusty sewing machine or snuggle with my grandma on a Saturday morning while she darned thinning socks.
One of my favorite things to do was in a sunny corner of my Grandmothers sewing room and sift through buttons. Those buttons were like “eye candy” to me and not just because they were hidden in an old cookie tin! There were just so many colors, textures, shapes and sizes, each one more intriguing then the next.
From these memories and life experiences my passion for creativity was born.
