The texture is delightful, soft and silky!

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
The piece you receive may not be identical to the one pictured. These small variations, which may be to the colour and stitching detail add to the charm, look and feel of each item. Please note that some colours may also vary depending on screen type and settings. These reasons should not be misconstrued as flaws or defects.
We offer full refunds or exchanges on all items within 10 working days of receipt of payment.
Please note that items must be unused to qualify for refunds or exchanges. By unused we refer to items in their original condition that have not been worn, soiled or damaged in any way.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 working days of receipt and include tracking facility so as to ensure delivery. Shipping costs for returned and exchanged items will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. For return address information please email us at azolauk[!at]gmail.com.
REFUNDS will be processed within 1 working day of receipt of returned items.
For EXCHANGES please allow between 3-5 working days from the receipt of items for us to ship your replacement items.
For further information or clarification on any of the above return/refund/exchange policy please message us via the Etsy messenger client (“Conversation”). We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
Payment
Orders will only be processed and shipped upon receipt of payment.
Shipping
All items will be shipped to the address on the Etsy invoice, unless otherwise informed by the buyer. Please make sure you have provided the correct delivery address in your Etsy profile.
All UK deliveries will be sent out via Royal Mail Second Class post. Expected delivery in 3-5 working days. If items are required more quickly Royal Mail First Class and Special Delivery options are available at check-out.
All international deliveries will be sent out via Royal Mail International Standard postage. Expected delivery in 5-7 working days although we would advise allowing more time if at all possible. If delivery is required by a specific date, please notify us in a message and we can discuss expedited shipping options with you.
Buyers will be provided their tracking details through the Etsy messenger client (“Conversations”).
We are obligated to disclose the contents and value of goods shipped to international destinations. Thus, international buyers are responsible for all customs duty, taxes and fees that may be charged by their tax authorities or postal services. Please note that “AzolaUK” will NOT assume responsibility for any import duties or customs charges incurred as a result of your purchase.
