I ordered a teacup candle for my grandma for Christmas, because 1) she loves tea and 2) these looked absolutely adorable--and the real product does not disappoint! Kaley was so kind and helpful and I received the candle just a few days after ordering. I'm so glad I can check the first present of the year off my list (and with such a wonderful gift!). I'll definitely be ordering again!

Our goal is that you love your products and we will do our best to make sure you are fully satisfied with your experience! It is wonderful to pass my creations onto you, who sees they will be needed and appreciated. I am very happy to discuss details as necessary and to hear your opinions and feedback. I love to make custom items and get new ideas that you would love to see come to life!
Although I do my best to ensure size consistency in all my products, slight variances may occur as my items are hand-crafted.
Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's color through photography and color palettes and due to variations in individual user's monitor settings, calibrations, color printing settings, and lighting sources, actual colors and textures may vary slightly.

All items are custom and non-refundable. We accept paypal, direct pay, check or money order. No orders are shipped until payment is received and cleared.

We reserve the right to refuse a transaction for any reason.
If there are any delays for any reason, we will make a shop announcement or contact you via Etsy.
All mail is shipped standard and trackable. All items are custom ordered and take 1-2 weeks to ship and complete.
International orders can take approximately 2-4 weeks. Unfortunately, with standard mail, tracking is NOT provided.

Customers are responsible for border custom fees, if applicable.
TheShoeboxBoutique is not responsible for items lost in transit or delayed due to postal service issues.
Refunds and Exchanges
Each item is hand made with care and attention to detail, so no two items will look exactly alike, that is what makes them so special! If there is an issue with your order please contact me, I strive to make the customers happy!

FOOD ITEMS: We do not offer refunds for any food item but we will always replace the item immediately if it is damaged or lost, with standard shipping. Because we sell food items, please understand that we do our best to provide the tastiest experience possible for each customer however, we are not responsible if you simply do not like the taste of an item. We hope you understand. Please feel free to ask any questions prior to purchase so I may best serve your specific, wonderful taste-bud needs!


No Refunds are issued for items that are personalized, engraved, used, or are damaged in the mail, and shipping. Shipping Charges are NOT refundable.
