Payment
Payment is due at the time you place the order. We accept Paypal and direct payment through Etsy.
Shipping
All items will be shipped within 3 business days of placing your order.

At this time I will only be offering First Class or Priority shipping by USPS. The default shipping is First Class, so please contact me before you place your order if you want another option. Confirmation will be included for tracking purposes.

In the unfortunate event a package goes missing, I will do everything I can to track and locate your item. However, I do not take responsibility for any items lost, damaged, or delayed by the postal system.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items are handmade by me and thoroughly inspected before shipment. As stated before the items are sold in as-is condition. However, if you encounter any structural defects within 7 days of receiving your item please contact me for a refund/exchange. If requesting a refund or exchange, the buyer is responsible for paying any return shipping costs and the credit will be issued upon receipt.

Refunds are not issued for anything outside of the previous stated, meaning if you change your mind on shape, size, color, etc. you will not be allowed a refund. Again I take no responsibility for damage done while in the postal system and will not issue refunds if that should occur.
