Welcome to The Silver Diva! We handcraft custom jewelry for mothers, families, pregnant mamas, dads, grandparents, children, and pets. Our products are made by hand in our sunny shop in Ohio. We use .925 sterling silver, copper, and gold filled metal to create some beautiful pieces that you will treasure for a lifetime. Our niche is selling birth and maternity jewelry and we love hearing from all of our wonderful customers! We have been selling online for the past 10 years through a variety of sites including ebay, etsy, artfire, ecrater and our own website.

You may pay for your purchase using paypal or credit card. Orders shipped to Ohio will be charged sales tax of 7%.
We ship via United States Postal Service first class mail with tracking. We offer lots of other shipping options including priority and express. If you need your item to ship sooner than our current production time, you may upgrade to our rush processing option at checkout. Rush processing means your order will ship next business day. Please note Sat. and Sun. and legal holidays in the USA are not business days.
We also ship internationally to every country and every single day to Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. All duties are the buyer's responsibility to pay. We are happy to upgrade your shipping to priority or express mail if you request it or you can upgrade at checkout. Please note that we do not mark items as gifts on international orders. That is against the law here in the USA and a felony punishable by jail time. Buyers in the UK please note that your item may arrive with a duty/tax owed as the UK charges duty/tax on even low value items.
Refunds and Exchanges
The Silver Diva wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply notify us that you wish to return it and send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. We will refund your entire purchase less S&H.
If you have purchased personalized jewelry or accessories, we will glady refund or replace your item if there is a spelling error on our part. Please be sure of the spelling when you email us your personalization instructions. There are no returns or refunds otherwise on personalized items.
Additional Policies and FAQs
When will my piece be finished and shipped?
Our production time varies depending on the time of year you purchase. The busiest times of the year are Nov and Dec. Mother's Day, Father's Day and Valentine's Day are also very busy. Please always check our home page shop announcement or the item's processing time to see what our current production time is before you buy. If you need your item before this time, we do have rush shipping and rush order processing available for an extra fee. Please contact us if you need your item by a certain date if you are unsure when you will receive it.
If I am near Cincinnati, Ohio, can I pick up my order in your store?
Yes! Just let us know ahead of time before you order and we can get you a custom listing so you can pick it up in the store.
Where are you located?
The Silver Diva, 9797 Montgomery Rd, Ste. F, Cincinnati, OH 45242. Our shop is right next to Carlo and Johnny's (the Jeff Ruby steakhouse) in the same plaza as Sacksteder's, Brooklyn Pizza and Salon Concepts. Our hours are Mon-Fri 10-7 and Sat. 10-8. Our phone number is 513.873.4561.
Can you stamp on the back of a piece?
Generally, no, or it will show a slight impression on the front.

Will you sell on a wholesale basis?
We are happy to sell you items on a wholesale basis! Simply contact us so we can discuss it!
I like your photo, but want my item a little different. Can this be done?
YES! We love custom orders. Please contact us for something a little different.
Will my sterling silver jewelry tarnish?
YES! All sterling silver jewelry tarnishes. For minimal tarnishing, keep your jewelry in an air tight container. A ziploc bag works wonders at keeping the air out. If you keep your silver in an airtight bag, you should only have to clean it once or twice a year.
Will my copper jewelry tarnish?
YES! And at a much faster rate than sterling. Copper tarnishes very, very quickly. You will need to store it in an airtight bag when not using it, do not get it wet and keep up with cleaning it if you want it to look brand new.
Will my aluminum jewelry tarnish?
NO! Our aluminum is hypoallergenic and will not tarnish. Please do not get your aluminum jewelry wet for an extended period of time as aluminum will rust. Aluminum is lightweight and will not turn your skin any strange colors (like green).
What do I use to clean my sterling silver jewelry?
We recommend a silver polish that you can buy at your grocery store. We use Wright's silver polish either in cream or liquid form. It also helps to have a polishing cloth handy. NEVER use baking soda or toothpaste on your silver as they are way too abrasive and will scratch your silver.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to all countries and the 50 United States. We generally ship every day to the UK, Australia and Canada as well.
Who pays customs duties and/or taxes on international orders?
The buyer pays all customs duties and/or taxes on international orders. UK buyers please take note that even for low value items your country may assess a duty, handling fee and/or tax before your item is released to you.
Will you ship via something faster than first class mail?
YES! Simply choose the upgraded shipping at checkout.
Do your items come with a gift box?
No - optional gift box is available in the a la carte section of our store.
Do you give a discount on your items if I buy more than 1?
Our discounts generally start at 7 items or more in the same purchase. Please contact us for details.
