Kat Mariaca Studio was born out of the idea that stuff happens and it is not always pretty, but if you look hard enough, you can usually find a story in it once you stop trying to pretty it up for the neighbors and the children.

You'll find a variety of my collections here, each with its own theme, characters, voice and level of absurdity. The thread, if there is one, that weaves them all together is a deep appreciation for nuance, Also, I try really hard to stay away from sap.

Welcome to Kat Mariaca Studio! This is where you'll find funny and meaningful greeting cards, art prints, refrigerator magnets, coffee mugs, pencil sets and other gifts.

PLEASE NOTE:
Monitors have a high contrast and light levels, will differ from my monitor to yours but I try to show an image the closest to the final printed product.

Prints are printed with a high quality professional printer, with high quality papers and brand name inks. Prints will not look exactly the same as you've seen them in your monitor. There will be slight differences in color, contrast, gloss, focus and texture. This is not a flaw, it's because monitors are a different medium than paper.

I am happy to provide a full refund or exchange for goods in their original condition provided you contact me within 15 days or purchasing.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?

I accept payments by Paypal, credit cards, money orders and personal checks. If you pay via a check or money order, your items will ship when payment clears.

HOW DO I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?

Etsy process credit card payment through Paypal. You DO NOT need a Paypal account to pay by credit card. When you check out, click "Pay," then click on the "Don't Have a Paypal Account?" link to go to the credit card processing page. Paypal offers industry-leading security measures and buyer protection.

HOW DO I APPLY A COUPON CODE?

If you have a promo or coupon code, enter it on the cart page, right before you check out. Simply click on the blue text located right above the item total (and below the credit card images), and enter the code. If you have any questions, please contact me.
Shipping
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

I currently use the United States Postal Service. Unless otherwise requested, card orders of 3 items or less are shipped via First Class Mail. Prints are shipped with tracking. Priority Mail service available on request.

HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?

All of my prints, photographs and postcards are placed against a thick piece of backing board, packaged in a clear, protective sleeve and placed in sturdy photo mailer. Some larger prints are rolled safely and placed in a tube.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

I print and process all orders upon receipt and allow for an extra 24 hours drying time before packaging orders. In most cases, orders are shipped within 3 business days (no weekends or US holidays). Domestic (US) orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on customs. Custom orders are made on demand and will take longer.

CAN I GET MY ITEM FASTER?

Absolutely. If you'd like to upgrade to a faster service (usually Priority Mail),you can choose that option at checkout.


CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Since I ship via USPS for domestic orders, tracking is included on all orders. As soon as your packaged ships, I'll send you the tracking number so you can follow your package's progress to you. Unfortunately, tracking is not available for USPS International. If you need a tracking number, please choose UPS or another carrier.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRINTS ARE LOST OR DAMAGED?

If you think your order is lost in the mail, first check the tracking details. If the package is in transit, the tracking information should indicate an expected delivery date. If the tracking information indicates the package has delivered but you have not received it, contact me so that I can assess the situation further.

If your item arrives damaged, snap a photograph, email it to me and I will be happy to replace it.
