My Stitch Marker/Progress Keeper Zip Around Organizers came about with some help from one of my wonderful customers. They are used to carry, organize and display your stitch markers and progress keepers. Can also be used for charms or anything with a lobster clasp.

Can Digital Download Orders be cancelled?

Sorry but Digital Download Orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Care instructions

Fabric items: gentle spot cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. Air dry.

Wood items: wipe with a dry cloth.

Product Variation

The fabric item you receive will look very similar to what is shown. It will be made with the exact same fabric you see in the listing, but pattern placement will vary.

Pattern placement refers to the placement of specific motifs, designs, or patterns that are present on the fabric(s) of each product.

I cannot guarantee the placement of the fabric designs or motifs on your item will exactly match the pictured item as each cut of fabric for each item will be a little different.

Please note that fabric colors may differ in person due to variations in devices and screens.

Buyers outside of the US

Please note that if you are located outside of the US you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply when you purchase a physical item from my shop. VAT, JCT, GST, Customs and any other extra mail charges are not included in the physical item price or shipping cost. I am not a VAT registered seller. I am not required to collect VAT on physical items.

Etsy automatically collects and remits VAT on digital items purchased by buyers in Australia, the EU, India, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, South Africa, South Korea, and Switzerland.

Can I return an item that I purchased by mistake, won't work for me or I just don't want it anymore?

Yes. To return your product, please contact us first.

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please use the original packaging when possible.

Custom or personalized orders

Returns of our MDF Dividers and Inserts will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom Size Inserts:
If you are interested in a custom size Insert please send us a message. Some of our inserts are not available for custom sizes. We require that custom orders are paid in advance. Once payment is received, we will start on your order and ship it once it is complete. Custom size inserts are non-refundable and also not able to be cancelled. Of course, if there is an issue with your dividers when you receive them, please let us know. We put a lot of work and effort into ensuring that our custom size inserts are made to the specifications that you provide.

We do not accept Custom Size requests for our Kitchen Organizers.

Fabric Items:
I would be happy to make you a custom fabric item. Please contact me with more info.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost packages. Once your package is scanned in to the shipper's system (UPS or USPS) we are no longer responsible for your package. Please contact me and I will help you to file a claim or file a claim on your behalf.

Damaged Packages or Products

We are not responsible for damaged packages or products that are damaged during transit. Once your package is scanned in to the shipper's system (UPS or USPS) we are no longer responsible for your package. Please contact me within 5 days of your package delivery if the package or products you receive are damaged in any way. Please take pictures of the damaged packaging as well as any damage to the products. All this information is critical to file a claim. Once the claim is filed then we will be happy to replace the damaged items. If we are not able to file a claim (you do not provide pictures) then we will not be able to replace the damaged items.
