⬛Sizing details
♦️ All sizes are based on the width and height is proportional based on design. If you need the exact dimensions please message us and we are happy to provide those as needed.
⬛Mounting & Hanging
♦️All signs will come standard with 2 screw holes for mounting. Hardware is not included due to the various ways these signs can be used.
⬛ How are they made & are they weatherproof?
♦️All of our signs are made with our top of the line laser technology, these signs can make a great wedding or housewarming gift. Our signs are powder coated and can be used indoors or outdoors.
⬛Returns & Exchanges
♦️Items are custom made-to-order therefore I don't accept returns or exchanges BUT please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
⬛Incorrect Orders
♦️ While we do our very best to make sure EVERY ORDER is 100% occasionally, we as people do make mistakes. If the item you ordered arrives defective or incorrect, PLEASE contact me through the Etsy messaging system to discuss. Please allow me to respond to your issue before leaving feedback on your order, my goal is to please my customers and we will do our very best to correct the problem if it is an error on our part.
⬛ Damaged in Shipping
♦️In the event that your item is damaged during shipping we offer two options:
▪️1.) Up to a 25% refund if the customer is willing to straighten the item themselves (Metal is malleable and often can be bent back into place) and/or touch up chipped powdercoat with a touch up pen
▪️2.) We will replace the item with a new one.
Photos are required & MUST be sent via Etsy message within 48 hours of receiving the item so I can verify the damage and start the claim process. The damaged sign will need to be returned as required by UPS or USPS.
