Welcome to The Sunshine Stitch! We take great pride in our handmade products & strive for overly satisfied customers! :)


We do not begin processing orders until the payment is received. If we do not receive payment within 72 hours, your order will be canceled & appropriate feedback will be left. We accept all payments through PayPal. You do not have to have a account with PayPal account in order to make a credit card payment. If you live in Ventura, California and would prefer to pick up your order, please contact us for arrangements. If you live in the state of California an 8.75% sales tax will be added to your order when you checkout through PayPal.

CUSTOMS: International buyers please be aware that you may have to pay duties and taxes on your items once they arrive in your country. Contact your local customs office to see if and how this applies to you.


We ship via USPS First Class Mail, unless otherwise stated, and guarantee all orders to be completed and shipped within one week of payment. {If we are behind in custom orders, the estimated shipping time will be stated in our Shop Announcements} . We ship to the address on your Etsy invoice, so please be sure to use the address that you want your order shipped to when purchasing.

Refunds and Exchanges

No questions asked returns for 30 days on all non-personalized items. Buyer is responsible for postage and packing items appropriately. Any damaged items will not be refunded.
ONE exchange will be allowed per customer if a hat or headband does not fit correctly. You can send back the item within two weeks and a new item will be mailed to you.
For best accuracy, always measure the recipients head before ordering. :)

Additional Policies and FAQs

We love to make custom orders, to provide our customers with exactly what they are looking for. We do our best to make the design process very clear and are happy to send photos and descriptions in order to ensure that our clients get what they are expecting. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom designed items.

PLEASE measure the recipients head from forehead around and from top of head to bottom of ear for the most accurate sizing! :)
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied and will do what we can to make that possible!
