I accept most major credit cards and paypal at this time.
Items are shipped between 2-3 weeks depending on shop traffic unless payment is pending or a custom order and date are pre arranged due to the fact that most of my items are hand crafted. This is unless prior arrangements are made. Depending on shop traffic. Please allow additional time for custom, changed or altared, international orders and additional orders. I can insure, confirm, track, and upgrade shipping for an additional charge according to each individual order. Please convo me for those specifications. 'Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred and or return shipping. Customers are fully responsible for items that have to be reshipped due to an address being wrongly issued or tracking not being purchased so please update your information as needed and purchase tracking if needed.. International orders can take longer to arrive due to distance. The items shipped and returned will only be reissued upon new shipping payments made by the customer if needed so please be sure you leave the correct address. If a package is lost during shipping and you have not purchased tracking I am not held responsible so please purchase additional tracking if this is a concern to you as some packages can be lost in transit although it is not common. I do not accept returns on baking supplies unless broken for contamination reasons.
Refunds and Exchanges
If something is damaged in shipping, convo me and I will accomidate accordingly. I will generally issue a refund upon the return of the item that is damaged. Buyer is held responsible for handling the return shipping. Please allow 7-10 business days for a refund. I do not offer refunds on sugars, salts, editables, baking supplies ect. Also, if an item is lost in shipping I do not refund so please pay for tracking if you are concerned about that issue. If an address is incorrectly issued by the customer I will resend the item however customers are responsible for new shipping. I do not offer refunds for an item that does not reach its destination in time due to an address being wrong so please make sure your information is updated as needed. Items will simply be remailed at the customers expense. Descriptions are made clear for each listing. If a question that you need is not available in my description, please convo before purchase as all sales are final!
Additional policies and FAQs
Refunds will only be issued 7 days after item arrives to me or 14 days after sold. Discounts offered for some bulk sales. I welcome custom orders so please feel free to convo me with your ideas and I will create a custom listing for you.
