Returns and exchange details
They will Vary slightly in Size & Color, as most awesome handmade pieces are,
If for any reason Your Product is received Damaged Please contact us either Private Message thru Etsy, our Trusty Instagram or Facebook Page, Straight away from when you receive your products. Provide me With order information So I can Make it right, we will have you ship it back so we can fix piece or refund you straight away
In the Small chance If the Product shows as Delivered, it is then the Postal Service In Your Area to Correct The issue,
But I will Work With You & Them Diligently In Trying to Locate it. Often In those situations it is just an issue where they scanned it in the wrong location and You Will Receive it Shortly

Please do not use glass cleaners to clean your piece for they can ruin the finish, Just a simple wax n buffing with some regular car wax from time to time to rejuvenate your piece
Stained glass does contain some lead. Even though it is in very small amounts always wash hand after handling just to be safe
