My creativity really blossomed when our son Grant was born. Each week I wrote his age on a piece of paper and then took his picture sitting next to it. Once he became mobile, I realized that the paper sign next to him just wouldn't work. He would crumple the paper and then try to eat it! That's when I came up with the idea of making stickers with his age so no matter how mobile he was I could get some great pictures. The stickers worked really well, and I wanted to share my idea with all the new mothers out there.

I am an avid fan of photography and recording memories. When I had my son Preston, I used my monthly onesie stickers to record his milestones too. Once I took his photos, I realized that I didn’t have a place to record his milestones and store his monthly photos in the same place. In order to solve my own problem, I decided to make my own albums. I made the perfect custom album for my boys and all of my friends loved them too. That’s when I decided to start The Sweet Rhino.

Making things for people to record and document memories makes me very happy! I am excited to share all of my products with you and I hope you like them as much as I do!

Shipping
All journals, albums, page packs and photo insert cards will ship out within one week. I have a lot of options for my albums and sometimes I run out of things. If I have it in stock, expect for it to be shipped out immedietely. If doing a custom order please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

All orders are shipped out USPS Priority Mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
All albums are handcrafted. The product description and dimensions are described in the listing. If an item is damaged during shipping, I will replace your item. If I am out of stock, you can choose a new album, I can make you another album, or I can refund your money. I will do everything I can to ensure that you are happy. Please make sure to read all product descriptions, ask me questions, and read my feedback before purchasing. I have listed everything in the listing, therefore returns are not accepted.
Additional policies and FAQs
If an item is lost or damaged, I will replace your item. Please photograph any damages and email them to thesweetrhino [!at] gmail.com. If an item is lost, I will replace your item if I have it in stock. If I do not have it, you can pick anything else out of my shop, or I will refund your money. I have only had one package lost and that was going to Brazil. Customs in Brazil is very difficult. I did refund the money to the customer. Customer satisfaction is my number one priority.

If an item has been damaged, I will send another album or make another album. If you are not happy with either choice, I will issue a refund. However, I will not refund the shipping charge as I have offered to replace your album. In addition, personalization name tags will not be refunded either. I am happy to fill your order exactly the way you want it!
