Returns and exchange details
Since these orders are all custom per customer, we will not accept returns or exchanges. A proof is always sent to be approve prior to construction beginning.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order of your order is subject to remain valid. Order processing begins immediately so once that had occurred, you may not cancel your order.
Payment
We accept most forms of payment. PayPal, Credit Cards, Connecticut Sales Tax applies to all CT shipping addresses.
Shipping
All items must be paid in full prior to shipping. Insurance, express and overnight are available at the actual cost to the customer. All of my shipping rates published are for customers located in the continental United States.

*Hawaii and International Customers should message us for a shipping price. We charge what is costs to ship. Costs to these areas can be very high in contrast to standard rates and to give you an accurate price I need to check in advance to you placing your order.

Should you have already placed your order and you live in one of these areas I will contact you with the cost and confirm your desire to keep you order or cancel due to additional shipping cost.



**Please make sure shipping destination is correct at the time of order. If shipping to a friend or family, include the address in the comment section of your order. We are a busy Mom & Pop company and try to make this process as smooth as possible. Thank you!
