For Christmas post please note the following:
Below are the Guaranteed Last Posting Dates for Christmas for International Standard Airmail. Remember to allow enough time to compensate for the high volume of Holiday post and interruptions to Postal services caused by possible bad weather.
3rd December - Asia, Far East (including Japan), New Zealand
4th December - Australia
5th December - Africa, Caribbean, Central & South America, Middle East
8th December - Cyprus, Eastern Europe, Greece
9th December - Canada, Poland
12th December - USA
13th December - Western Europe (excluding Greece, Poland)
Last UK orders will be shipped by first class post on December 20th.
Payment is via direct checkout or PayPal and payment is expected on checkout. If payment is not received within 48 hours , I will assume the item is not wanted and will cancel the order.
The item will be shipped within 3 working days of receipt of payment. I will notify you when it has been sent. I would normally try to send it out the next day if possible.
I am happy to combine postage if you require several items. Please contact me and I make you a reserve listing with the exact shipping cost for your order.
Delivery Outside the UK:
International customers please note that your order may take several days.
For example it takes from at least 5 working days to the USA.
In order to keep shipping charges as low as possible I use standard international airmail a service that does not provide a tracking number, but is nevertheless economical and reliable.
Please ask if you would like to upgrade to a tracked service.
Delivery to countries other than the UK may incur duties on entry to the country. Please be aware that any duties must be paid by the recipient and are in addition to stated shipping costs.
My policy is never to charge more than I paid for carriage. I will refund any discrepancy between what you pay me and my costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want my customers to be delighted with their purchase.
Refunds will be issued if you are not happy with the goods delivered minus shipping costs.
Please contact me within 24 hours of receipt of item if you are not completely satisfied.
