No returns are accepted. Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

We appreciate and expect payment within 3 days. Should we have to cancel a transaction for nonpayment we will leave feedback. We do not accept returns, nor cancellations once orders are placed. Taxes will be charged to Idaho customers.

We ship USPS. Once your package leaves our hands, we DO NOT replace if lost in the mail. Insurance must be purchased by the buyer, so convo us if you wish us to include insurance coverage. All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders of $35 or more (US only) can ship free. If you are from a country outside the US, please message me regarding a shipping refund (if it is applicable to you).


Most items will ship in 7 business days, sometimes even sooner. During peak ordering times it may be longer before we ship.

**Etsy's policy is to ship within 30 days. We plan to try to ship within 7 days however depending on how busy we may be we reserve the right to ship within 30 days if needed. Please convo if you need your order within a certain time frame to confirm that we will be able to meet your request.

Customers with International orders are responsible for their country's laws on customs fees, taxes, etc. and Dab Herb Makeup and Skin Care will not be held responsible for these incurred fees.

NOTE : THE THREADGATHERER is no longer responsible for your package after it is shipped. We provide a tracking number after your purchase (via email). We suggest to watch your package closely to prevent your package from getting lost or stolen. Send us an email if your item is not received in 10 days. A customer service representative will respond and should be able to guide you through the appropriate course of action.

- Our inventory and stock changes both quickly & frequently as we sell to both wholesale and retail buyers. Many colors may go out of stock without the inventory being updated on Etsy. An example of this is that orders are pulled on a first come, first serve basis-so stock may run out as an order is pulled. If we do not have your full order, your account with be credited the amount for the item that was unable to be filled on our end. Thankyou for your patience with this matter.


Custom Requests:
-Please contact us 4-6 weeks in advance if you have a deadline/timeline a custom dye purchase is required by

-There are extra charges for dying special & custom colors. There is a $25.00 set up fee per color, it is a nonrefundable purchase. Please contact us regarding minimum yardage amounts.

-Custom orders are also available for items already included in our lines.

-Colors cannot be guaranteed wash fast. Although we set dyes to industry standards, we cannot control how the consumer decides to wash something i.e.
(water too hot can re-activate dye).


FAQ
-How come the color of my product changed from the last time I ordered the same thing?-
Please expect slight variations in some of our products since we hand measure, mix, and apply dyes to the fibers. On occasion, a dye does change from the manufacturer and we do our best to get it back how our original formula looked. If you receive a much different dye lot, we will request you send a picture of your dye lot and the newly received product. A final verdict will be delivered by us as we see our colors every day and know how the color should look.

-My package was lost in the mail. Now what?-
If after 7 business days your order hasn't arrived, we advise you to approach your courier (USPS) through their website or over the phone to have them track down your package. As a customer, it is your prerogative to file a lost mail search for delayed or missing packages. We are not in charge of what happens to packages after they have been delivered to USPS.
