I started removing clutter and excess from my home years ago, but it kept creeping back over and over again. It wasn't until I got totally ruthless and more intentional with my purchases and time (including what I brought into my home and what systems I used to run my home), that I saw significant changes. Stress went down, frustrations decreased and I gained A LOT more time back - time I wanted to use actually enjoying time with my family, not looking for stuff, forgetting about things and feeling overall frustration with my life at home.

All printable home system and routine designs I created for The Tidy Tot are based off of the first spreadsheets I created and used for myself and my home. I reached my breaking point and knew things needed to change when my husband rushed me to the ER and our friend and neighbor had to watch our two month old daughter without much notice. On top of having no notes to help guide her with our little one, our house was a total disaster and I was totally embarrassed by the state of our home - I wouldn't have even wanted my parents to see how chaotic and messy it was! My home systems and routine tools helped to increase both my preparedness and confidence as a new parent and I hope they help you do the same.
