Returns and exchange details
Our items are made to order. Therefore, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges. In the rare instance that a return is accepted not due to any error on our part, the buyer will be charged up to a 20% restocking fee and will be responsible for all shipping fees.

We do not accept cancellations in most instances. The reason for this is that we may have already begun the process of making your order. However, if you find that you need to cancel your order, please do send us an inquiry. We may still be able to cancel for you, depending on where we are in the status of your order.

Once we ship an item, we are no longer responsible for it if it is marked delivered. However, if an item is lost in transit, we will make it right for you either by replacing the item or fully refunding you. If an item is damaged upon arrival, please send us a message with pictures so that we may know the best way to correct the issue. Claims must be submitted with pictures within 2 days of delivery, no exceptions. Once the claim is reviewed, we will send you a return shipping label if it is determined that the error is our responsibility. The return shipping label must be used within 5 business days of issuance, or it will be cancelled and the return will not be accepted. Once an item is received back to us in the condition in which it was received, we will issue a full refund. Per Etsy’s Terms of Service, refunds may not be issued after 180 days.

You are welcome to let us know the date you need your product by at the time you place your order. However, you are responsible for checking our current processing times and purchasing the appropriate shipping selection. We do not guarantee arrival dates, only ship-by dates. Please note that stating a need-by date does not change our processing times.

Many of our items include free shipping. The purchase of the item entitles the buyer to one (1) free First Class Domestic shipping label. The return of a package to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address is subject to the buyer paying shipping costs in order to have a package re-shipped to them.

Orders over $100 will require a signature upon delivery, so please be aware of that when placing your order.

If all information required to complete an order is not provided at the time the order is placed, we will email you to request additional details. If we do not hear back from you, we will send an additional email and adjust the Ship By date. Failure to reply may result in longer processing times or the cancellation of your order.
