Because our items are personalized upon order, there are no refunds or exchanges, as long as we followed your personalization and/or size instructions. If we do make an error, we will absolutely fix our mistake! (Which we do not encourage ourselves to make)

If you need any items sooner than below..please contact us for accommodations! All Print Your Own, DIY, Printable Files will be emailed within 24-36 hours •If you add the Rush Fee..you will receive files within 12 hours or less. Printed Party Items such as Invites and Party Decorations... Proofs will be sent within 24-36 hours and ships within 1-2 business days of proof approval. Goody Bags will be shipped within 1-2 business days.. Proof sent upon request only Tshirts, Water Bottles and Pillow Cases ship within 4-7 days. (normally sooner) •All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail (est. 1-3 days). •We ship to your shipping address on your Etsy Invoice (not paypal address). •We offer Express Shipping, please contact us for specific details and rates. •If you need your items to ship out sooner, please contact us before ordering***

Once we email your order to you, we ask that you carefully review, if we do not hear back from you, with any edits/changes, then we will assume your item is approved and are not held liable if any changes were needed and we were not contacted. We ask you to carefully review as once you give us approval, we assume all party info, graphics, spelling etc.. are correct. So please, take the time to carefully review:-) Personalized Pillow Cases ****************************** Our images are Printed Directly onto the Pillow Case, they are NOT heat transfers/iron on's applied with a heat press. They are fully machine washable. Personalized TShirts/Bodysuits ********************************* Our images for TShirts and Bodysuits are heat transfers and are applied with a commercial grade heat press. We ask when choosing a size, to please review the provided size chart. This size chart is a recommendation only, as every child is different. We suggest to maintain the quality of the shirt, wash cold gentle inside out and hang to dry, to maintain the upkeep of your shirt. ******************************************************************************************** Computer monitors and printers are all so different, with this said, there could be a slight difference in colors from what you see on your monitor than from what you see on the actual design!
