I am very pleased with this purchase. I was very excited to receive this item initially, but little did I know that it would exceed my expectations as much as it did. The doll arrived quickly and was so much more vibrant and beautiful than the picture indicated. It was very apparent that the artist put a great deal of work into this creation. It is a real showstopper! If you were in an overly stocked boutique, this item would stand out among the other items-and rightfully so. The construction is flawless and the colors are beautiful. I'm beyond satisfied, I'm absolutely thrilled with this purchase. I cannot wait to give this as a gift! A big thanks to the artist for creating such a lovely, perfect doll.

Thank you for visiting The Twilight Muse! A self-taught artist, I love working with various mediums such as textiles, paint, paperclay, paper mache and vintage trims and tinkets. I view my art as 'a work in progress' as I do myself - growing, changing and influenced by experiences. A part of me exists in all I create.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I want my customers to be happy with their purchases! Refunds will be given only if there is a defect in my workmanship, however, please keep in mind that some pieces are made to look distressed, tattered, frayed, unevenly dyed, etc. Please read the item description for details of the item and convo me with any additional questions. Please notify me within 3 days of receiving your item if it is defective.

I do not give refunds or accept return on items damaged or lost during shipping. Be assured I make every effort to pack items well to reduce the risk of damage during shipping.
Payment
I accept pay pal payments only. Payments must be made within 3 days of purchase, unless arrangements have been made with me in advance of purchase. I'm easy to work with, so please feel free to convo me.
Shipping
I only ship to the address listed on your paypal account. Please ensure your Etsy shipping address and your Paypal address are the same.

Shipping within the US is sent via USPS Priority Mail, delivery confirmation is included. Insurance is optional at an additional charge and may be requested by leaving a note to me in the 'Note to Seller' box at checkout. I ship within 48 hrs of payment receipt, M-F.

Shipping outside the US (International) is sent via International First Class mail and does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. International Priority Mail is available. Please convo me for shipping quote. International shipments are sent on Mondays or next business day if Monday falls on a holiday.

I make every attempt to calculate shipping rates as accurately as possible. I never overcharge for shipping and will refund the buyer's pay pal account for any overpayment in shipping of $1 or more.
Additional policies and FAQs
Items listed as a "Limited Release" means I will only be offering a specific quantity for sale. Once the limit is reached, item will no longer be available.

Items listed as a OOAK (One of a Kind) are just that - only one available like it, although similar items may be offered for sale they will not be identical.
