Accepted payment methods
The bottom line? I ship as fast as humanly possible and charge you as close to actual cost as possible. The nitpicky stuff...
I ship within 1 business day, sometimes even same day depending on the time of sale. I aim to get your item to you as fast as possible. It is important to note that my items are coming from Canada and are usually mailed to the US. Unless you opt for priority express (and expensive!) shipping, you can expect your item to arrive within 2 weeks. There is a chance it could take longer however, with customs delays. If you ever need proof of when I shipped your item, just remember to check the stamped date on your package when it arrives. :) I can also provide a tracking number for expedited (larger parcel) shipments only.
I only ship to the continental United States and Canada only. There will be additional charges for Hawaii and Alaska.
Refunds and Exchanges
I describe my items as accurately as possible and inspect each item thoroughly for flaws. I mention any minor flaws that I see and do not sell items with any major issues. I only sell what I would buy myself.
Please ensure you check the measurements of any vintage garments against something of yours that fits you. I cannot be responsible for items that do not fit. I measure all important areas of a garment and also include the size listed on the item if it's on the tag. It is important to note that sizing from decades ago is quite different to sizing now so it is imperative you triple check measurements. If you need more sizing info that may not be listed, just convo me.
For damaged items: If the item is damaged when received, I must prove so to Canada Post with a photo and description. If I need this, please note that you will have to provide that info to me. It is unlikely this will happen however, but it must be mentioned just in case. Refunds for damaged or lost items will be given as soon as the paperwork and images are submitted to Canada Post.
Lost shipments (after 21 business days in North America and 12-14 weeks internationally, depending on country) will be refunded if the delivery confirmation was not verified by the post office.
The exception to this is if a buyer is unwilling to provide the necessary information or documentation that is required to complete a claim, I will then need to wait to see if the claim is accepted before issuing a refund.
