Once I send an item the time it takes to arrive is beyond my control, however Royal mail aims to deliver all international items within 5 to 7 working days. Please note this is not guaranteed so please order in plenty of time if an item is required for a special occasion and be patient. Most items do arrive and it is very unusual for items to be lost.
