+ We have stocked our shop as much as we could before the holidays. If an item you have been looking for is sold out on BOTH our Etsy shop & website, we will restock our main website after the holidays. If you can not find an alternative that you want to buy in our shop, consider purchasing a gift card for when we are able to restock!

+ Not sure what necklace to buy? We now offer gift cards that you can click, print & give! You can even email it! Easy peasy! Head to our MAIN WEBSITE to purchase our gift cards which are redeemable there.

+ Every order is gift wrapped with our signature hand wrapping! If you are shipping directly to someone, let us know at checkout and we can fill out the handmade to/from tag (that comes with a FREE bee button)! No receipt is ever mailed with any of our orders either!

+ We happily ship worldwide! International orders can take up to 21 shipping days. If your order has not arrived after 21 days, feel free to contact us. ANY AND ALL customs fees/taxes/duties etc. are the responsibility of the buyer and are not part of shipping fees. Please see our POLICY section for more information.

+ We are happy to make changes or to cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped. Once you receive conformation of shipment, there is nothing we can do. If your order has already been shipped, please send us a message & we will get back to you within 48 business hours to advise you on what you can do.

+ We are proud to say that we rarely every have a package that is lost in the mail. But on the rare occasion that this could happen, we ask that you contact your local post office FIRST. 9 out of 10 times, postal carriers are able to locate lost packages. Every order will come with tracking number to help find your package. Even though we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, we will do our very best to help you out..

+ We will gladly accept returns & exchanges on any non-used item within 7 days of receiving the items. All shipping & postal fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please convo us on Etsy first so that we can give you our return address. If you are buying a gift & are concerned that the mama might not like her necklace pattern, we suggest to purchase a gift card to avoid any issues on our main website:

+ We are not taking any custom requests at this time. Every necklace is already made so changes can not be made to them.

> How long is my necklace? < Our necklaces are fully adjustable in length due to the fact that you can tie the ribbon into a bow at different lengths! It can be tied as high as the collar bone or below as to the breast line :).

> What materials are used in the necklaces? < Every necklace is made with premium designer 100% cotton fabric, natural organic wood bead/rings, a small dab of non-toxic fabric glue at the ends of the fabric, thread & premium ribbon.

> How do I wash my necklace < Washing our necklaces is so easy! We recommend that you hand wash your necklace in warm water with your favorite soap or detergent. Let it air dry & enjoy!

> I found a necklace the other day that I wanted, but now its gone! Will you be making more? < Yes....but we will not be restocking our shop until January. Every necklace we have in the shop is limited in quantity, so we recommend snagging your favorites while you can!!

> How can I contact you? < The fastest way to hear back from us is to send us a message thru etsy. We will do our best to message you back as fast as we can, but please allow us up to 48 business hours to return your message. You can also email us at hello [!at] but Etsy convos are the preferred messaging method for reaching us!
