Awful service. The product never arrived and the seller refused to refund the purchase or the delivery. The service was appalling and both the seller and Etsy were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Stay away!

You are such an ungrateful person!!! I do all my best to find the shoes and contact the german post more then 3 times. You order the shoes with an insured shipping and it can happend the a packet get lost. BUT i was so fair and trasfered you the half of the money back. You are not nice!
