Finished items are dispatched within 3 working days wherever possible unless otherwise stated. Please contact me for shipping costs on furniture and larger items prior to purchase.
Paypal, bank transfer, cash on collection or cheque are accepted.
Check your address
Please check your address on your PayPal to make sure we are sending it to the proper address. Very important. If it is not the right address please change it (with PayPal) before asking us to send the package to you. If you give the wrong address and the item is returned to us you will have to pay return shipping (for the item to go back to you) and any fees we incur from the situation. We can not refund on an item that is sent to the wrong address. Remember all sales are final.
Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel an order please do so within 4 days.
We typically ship within 48 hours. Please allow extra time for weekends and holidays. It can be 3 to 5 days if I have many orders. I can give you an estimated time your item will ship if requested.
Domestic shipping is predominantly through Royal Mail or parcel courier service except for large items which are sent by courier.
Expedited shipping can be arranged for an additional fee. (Please notify me before purchasing an item if you are interested.)
If an item is returned marked "Undeliverable" or "refused", no refund will be issued. I will be happy to resend the item(s), but you must pay the additional shipping. Please let me know within 7 days or items will be re-listed, and purchase price will be forfeited .
I do ship out of the country. See each listing for info.
Prices listed are usually the most economical available.
I CAN ship almost anywhere. It may not be stated just ask.
Please note the customer is responsible for any import or Value Added Tax. Please be aware of such taxes or fees BEFORE ordering.
If an overseas parcel is returned as "undeliverable", no refund will be issued. I will be happy to resend the item(s), but you must pay the additional shipping.
I ship items as fast as possible. If you are overseas I can not always see where the item is once it's over seas. Please keep that in mind for delivery time.
Please make arrangements to accept delivery with your local postal service.
If a customer refuses to accept a package in order to avoid a tax, and it is returned to me, there will be no refund issued. Please DO NOT order from overseas unless you are certain you actually want the item, and can pay the customs duty.
Shipping prices are estimated to the best of our ability. A refund for over charges may be issued in the event that actual cost is significantly less than what you were charged. Please keep in mind that our costs include packing materials as well as postal fees.
Once an item is dispatched, I can't see how it is being treated. I take great care in ensuring that items are safely packed, to protect against rough treatment, heat, cold, and moisture damage (if applicable).
If £0.00 is listed in the shipping fee - please contact me for shipping costs stating your location. Quotes will be given as soon as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final.
If you have questions or concerns about what you see in the photo please ask before purchasing. Think of all the questions you can BEFORE buying.
Please inspect your item(s) promptly upon receipt. If there is damage please contact me within 48 hours. After 48 hours I cannot issue a refund for the item. The damaged item must be in the mail with in 5 days.
For any issue please do not email me. Contact me here through "convo"; convo's can be monitored better this way.
You will receive a shipping refund on damaged items only. I do take photos of the item when packaged. If you receive the item damaged please take very clear photos of the item and the packaging to be able to receive your refund.
We take pride in the way everything is packaged . I want your purchase to arrive to you in great shape.
Please do not just return an item. Notify me first. We need to discuss the options. If you return before any discussion I can not refund for any shipping at all. I can only give a partial refund of 25% of the item you returned. If the item is damaged I will return 50% of the price of the listed piece. Please contact me first BEFORE returning any item.
I will clearly shows the flaws of an item in the photo and description. I can not refund for flaws you know about. Vintage, antique as well as recycled items may have flaws that I purposely want there, or they are part of time aged pieces.
All my items are checked over thoroughly before being listed.
Due to the fact that many of my items are antique or vintage etc, I cannot guarantee that some items may not have a mild "vintage" odour, which will dissipate over time. I do clean everything very well. I use safe products to kill any odours. I will ask that you take that into consideration when you receive the item. It is part of the vintage and antique world.
No returns on custom orders or sale items .

Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom orders must be paid before I start working on them. This includes creating duplicates of items. Keep in mind, as most of my items are one of a kind, and made with vintage, reclaimed, recycled or salvaged materials, I cannot guarantee that a "duplicate" will be exactly the same as the original.
Custom orders will typically cost more than the item currently listed . I do require full payment first before I start your custom order. This is due to the fact that I will also be sourcing the right look for you. I do charge for the time I will spend looking for the items, contacting, supplies, labour etc; My work comes highly respected and customers do trust my judgement with finding the right items for their custom orders.
Sale prices as listed are good ONLY for the specified time frame. I cannot hold sale items beyond the sale expiration date.
