Returns and exchanges
First, take into account that colors in a print will inevitably vary slightly from those you see on the monitor. With that in mind, if you find that you are unhappy with a piece when it arrives, please contact me immediately and we will work something out. I am eager to ensure that every customer is happy with the product they receive.
Payment
I accept payment through PayPal. Payments are due at time of purchase. If you do not have a PayPal account, I will accept a money order, and the item will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Shipping
I ship once a week by first class mail through the US Postal Service. For overseas packages, I use the least expensive shipping option, and there is no tracking available. To ship overseas with a tracking option is extremely expensive. If you would prefer to have a tracking option, or if you need express shipping, please convo me and I can give you a price for faster shipping. Thank you so much!
