Frequently asked questions
My order hasn't arrived
Please allow up to 21 business days for your parcel to arrive before reaching out. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered but arrive days later.
It is the BUYER's responsibility to collect packages if they get delivered to a Parcel Shop or Post Office.
If packages get returned to us because the buyer is not available to receive the package, the buyer will be responsible for any fees or charges for reshipping. No refunds will be given if your order gets returned - however I will re-ship whenever possible and may charge for a shipping fee.
**Lost in Transit**
If your order is lost in transit (this does unfortunately happen sometimes) and it is not the fault of the address, then please reach out to us and we will issue a replacement.
My order arrived damaged
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
1️⃣ Clear photos of the damaged item
2️⃣ Photos of the packaging
3️⃣ Order number
We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
✓ Production Errors
If we made an error in production (wrong size, incorrect personalization, printing defect), we will replace your item free of charge. Please contact us within 48 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.
Returns & Exchanges - PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
All items are made to order specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been placed and production has begun.
International Shipping - Taxes and Fees
Depending on the geographical location of the shipping address, different shipping and import fees will be charged.
Customs and Import fees are NOT COVERED by the purchase and the buyer will be responsible for covering additional fees.
Please inform yourself about the import and customs regulations of your country BEFORE purchasing. Our Items will be shipped from the US or EU.
My order was marked as delivered, but I haven't received any package
1) Please wait up to 21 days. In many cases, packages show up later, even though the tracking says otherwise.
2) If after 21 days the package still hasn't arrived, double check your address in your order.
3) Contact your neighbors.
4) Check your local post office. In the US, every post scanner has GPS, so the post office knows best where your package is and who was responsible for delivery.
5) File a claim for lost packages with the carrier.
Every buyer is responsible for receiving the packages. If a buyer was not available during delivery, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the local post office ask for proof of delivery and file a claim.
We cannot offer replacements for orders that were marked as delivered.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order:
⚠️ Within 2 hours of placing your order, OR
⚠️ Before your item has gone into production (whichever comes first)
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately through Etsy messages with your order number. If your item has already entered production, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
**Why the time limit?**
We begin production quickly to get your order to you as fast as possible. Once production starts, materials are committed and the process cannot be reversed.

We are committed to reducing waste and environmental impact. Unlike mass-produced items sitting in warehouses, we create each piece only when you order it. This made-to-order approach means:

✅ No overproduction or waste from unsold stock
✅ Resources used only for items that are wanted and purchased
✅ Reduced carbon footprint from storage and surplus manufacturing
Why We Have a No-Return Policy - 🫶 Custom Made Just For You
Every print is produced specifically for your order with your chosen:
✅ Size specifications
✅ Personalized text (if applicable)
✅ Regional paper sizing preferences
✅ Frame options (if selected)
Once production begins, the item cannot be resold or reused for another customer. Even if returned, custom prints must be destroyed for quality control and hygiene reasons.
They cannot be restocked or resold.
Accepting returns would mean creating waste with no benefit to anyone.
Why We Have a No-Return Policy - Protecting Small Businesses
We've experienced losses from customers who: order multiple prints intending to return most, use prints temporarily then return them, or order from multiple shops and return all but their favorite.
Unlike large retailers, each fraudulent return directly threatens our ability to offer quality products at fair prices. To protect our small business and honest customers, we have to maintain a fair no-return policy.
We provide detailed product photos, descriptions, dimensions, and material specifications for every listing. We encourage you to review all details carefully and reach out with questions BEFORE purchasing to ensure the product is exactly what you want.
