My turn around time is about 3-4 weeks year round! I do work very hard to get them out earlier if at all possible. If you need your item quicker than that, I do offer a rush for an added fee. You need to check with me before purchasing the rush to see if I can accommodate your needs.
My turn around time is clearly stated in the shop announcements as well as on each listing in the Etsy shop. I have lots of dear customers failing to read that information! However, here is notice, I Cannot cancel or refund orders due to failure to read shipping times.

Please note- all items are handmade . Hand drawn, hand cut, hand painted. Due to the nature of handmade items, variations and possibly slight imperfections are to be expected. The personable variations and slight flaws only enhance the whimsical handmade nature of each item! Thank you so much for appreciating my handwork and talents enough to spend your hard earned money on it! You are making all the difference in my and my families lives ❤️👩🏻🎨
